Where can I find photo mats to fit a 11×14 fram that will go with a 10×13 photo?

I have 11×14 frames and out professional photographer only prints 10×13 photos. I need mats that will go into a 11×14 frame that will work with my 10×13 photos. Help me find these… I’ve looked on ebay, but have not come up with anything- maybe I’m looking for the wrong thing?
